助理研究員，參與執行NCDR專案－氣候與環境變遷防災調適研究（2007-2011）、災害損失與社會脆弱性評估（2007-2011）、易淹水地區治理實施計畫綜合效益評估示範研究（2007-2009）、水庫土砂災害防治與供水機能綜合效益與風險評估（2007）、都會區大規模地震減災與應變研究（2010-2011）。 中央研究院經濟研究所 2001年7月－2003年7月 國科會計畫－「異常自然現象預防與損失減輕政策工具研究」與「個人與家戶颱洪災害損失評估與風險分攤及減輕機制之研究」專任研究助理。運用GIS軟體模擬情境地震之經濟損失，運用SAS進行Monte Carlo模擬法估計損失的超越機率；進行洪災損失調查。 東海大學 1997年7月－1998年2月 執行國科會大專學生參與專題研究計畫－「公共政策與水資源」（紀子文教授指導）。以灰色數學規劃模型模擬台灣水資源供需，估計合理水價。 部份著作-期刊與書 Lin, H.
